CIVF Affiliations, Sanctioned Clubs and Memberships:

CIVF Affiliations and Sanctioned Club benefits:
  • Support and access to CIVF facilities and use of equipment such as poles, nets, balls, antennaes, etc. for club events, training and development.
  • Receive donations of volleyballs, and other equipment as available
  • Opportunity to host CIVF sanctioned events to support Club’s fundraising
  • Opportunity to participate as a vendor at CIVF sanctioned events to aid club’s fundraising efforts
  • Coaching and referee training and certification
  • Updates on FIVB Rules of the Game, FIVB, NORCECA and CAZOVA events as and when they become available
  • Updates on volleyball and beach volleyball opportunities abroad and upcoming volleyball events in the region
  • CIVF National Volleyball Team players are required to join a local Affiliate Club. This requirement provides CIVF Affiliate Clubs the opportunity to recruit high-level players who can support the development of the club and raise their performance and ranking level
  • Events and tournament registration for CIVF sanctioned clubs can be promoted through the CIVF website,social media,newsletter, etc
  • Receive club recognition and awards
  • Process for becoming an affiliate or sanctioned club:
    1. An association or club desiring to be affiliated to the CIVF must submit a written application signed by its President and Secretary and forwarded the CIVF Secretary.
    2. The application must clearly state the complete name in full and abbreviated for the entity, the postal address of the applicant, association or club, together with the telephone number and email address details.
    3. If registered as an NPO, provide CIVF with a copy of NPO certificate
    4. Upon receipt of the required information the CIVF Board will review at its meeting. An affiliate or club fee will be required upon approval
